A supplement and vitamin tracker that works with AI
Most people who take supplements can't say how consistently they took them last month, or whether their timing makes sense. A simple daily checklist fixes the first; an AI review helps with the second.
What to track
- Each supplement with its dose, such as Vitamin D 2000 IU, Magnesium glycinate 400 mg, Creatine 5 g or Fish oil 1 g.
- When you take it, and which days it applies to.
- What you ate and drank the same day, since some supplements are commonly taken with food or apart from coffee.
What to ask an AI
- How consistently did I take each item this month?
- Which are commonly taken with food, apart from each other, or at a particular time of day?
- Which combinations are worth asking my pharmacist about?
Frame every answer as a question for your pharmacist or doctor, not an instruction.
